By Phone
VISA and MasterCard users only. Call in all information requested on form, including card number and expiration date, and Social Security number. Call (951) 827-4105 or toll-free (800) 442-4990 to register. We'll ask you for the priority code, located on the enrollment form.

By Mail
Complete the enrollment form. Don't forget your check or VISA/MasterCard authorization. For additional enrollments, use a separate sheet giving course title and number, department, section, hours, instructor, your name and home address in full, daytime telephone, e-mail address, occupation, Social Security number and amount enclosed. Mail the form to:

By Fax
Fax the completed enrollment form along with credit card or purchase order information to (951) 827-7273, Attn: Student Services.

At UCR Extension Center, 1200 University Ave. See "Registration Hours" to the right.

Make checks payable to: Regents-UC. Early enrollment is advised to ensure a place in the class. Enrollments are processed in the order received and must be accompanied by the full fee, or by VISA or MasterCard charge. Students must register before the second class meeting, and enrollment is not official until the fee is processed by Extension. Materials are given only to officially registered students.

NOTE: Enrollment in University Extension does not constitute admission to the University of California. Students should obtain specific information about admission to the University from the Admissions office of the campus they plan to attend.

Except when younger ages are explicitly stated in course titles or descriptions, University Extension courses are designed for and open to adults 18 years and older; to be permitted in classrooms, individuals 17 years and younger must be registered participants and have a completed parental or guardian waiver on file with Student Services and approval from the Extension academic department.

Social Security Number: By authority of the Regents, your Social Security number is requested in order to verify your identity for accurate record-keeping and tax reporting procedures. Your providing the number is voluntary.
